About Our Beans
We proudly serve coffees from Seven Roasters Coffee exclusively. The coffees from Seven provide a wide variety of flavors and roasting styles offering both single origin and flavorful blends.
Sean Lee, the head roaster of Seven, pours his years of experience in the coffee industry with his passion for excellent coffee. Makeda is proud to offer all the roasting offerings from Seven.
All of our coffees are available for whole bean purchase in quarter pound increments as we encourage drinking fresh coffee. So, drink smaller quantities more often. We are happy to grind your beans for you; just ask one of our staff at the time of your purchase.

Single Origin Coffees
Mexico ChiapasWith low acidity, a nutty fragrance and taste of milk chocolate, this medium bodied coffee is a great breakfast coffee. Add milk and the chocolaty-ness emerges even further.
Ethiopia SidamoMedium to heavy body, this coffee from Sidamo has obvious hints of "hairy" berries with an earthy, yet sweet aftertaste.Ethiopia HarrarEvident from the fragrance to taste, blueberries shine throughout this coffee with a medium body and chocolate undertones.
Guatemala TikalThe citrus acidity is complemented by a caramel base and floral high notes.
Sumatra MandhelingA collaboration of tropical fruit, spices, and roasted red pepper. This particular Sumatra is smoother than most from Indonesia yet still maintains the characteristic earthiness and low acidity most have come to expect from a Sumatran coffee.
